On 30 October until 1 November 2015, Srinakarin Train Market or Talat Rot Fai took us into another dimension in Halloween night called “Ghost Station.”
Facing a new great experience of shopping with Halloween atmosphere is really awesome. Instead of the usual Halloween party, Srinakarin Train Market proudly presented the famous dancing crews from Thailand's Got Talent, not only that there were also many rock bands that brought all travellers into the special Halloween night.
It’s time to release the ghosts!
There are lots of wonderful performances from Sao-Sa-Bud which was presented in the theme of Hello Halloween. Another impressive show that we cannot forget to mention was Ong-Sa-Sin which was presented in the theme of Drum of Ghost.
All performances were on a tight schedule,so we had to make sure that we were there before the show started because no one wanted to stand at the back row and to see nothing. The show was held in the open space of the market every hour. It really grabbed the attention of people who walked by and stopped to watch the show.
While we were watching the show, it suddenly rained, however, the higr-spirited dancers did not stop.

After we walked around the night market, surprisingly, we saw more than half of the stores were decorated for Halloween.
There was a huge spider on the wall of one bar.
There were a lot of Halloween pumpkins, witches and, of course, skulls. Even the singer and musicians were dressed like ghosts. Most of the people of all ages who joined this event dressed with Halloween costume and came to the night market.
We also found that some of them really got into their characters. No matter you asked them for pictures and anything, they replied with their ghosts' characters. It was really interesting thing to see for us that day.
“I do not always see ghost when I go shopping. This is somehow a very cool night for me. It is just once a year that you can go shopping with ghosts,” said a 22-year-old student who spent the evening at Talat Rod Fai.
